Thanks so much for stopping by!

As you can see, I’m a pretty busy gal. As a designer, content creator, health coach (and fur mama), I know what it’s like to run a business, wear a million hats, and get clients at the same time!

It can be completely overwhelming, so don’t think for one minute that you’re alone.

Before you poke around, here’s a little background on me…

As long as I could remember, I loved to work. While majoring in Art & Design in college, I worked part-time in a stationery store. After college, I landed my first job in publishing. All of my colleagues were women, including my boss. I felt so empowered in that job, not only to be among successful women, but because they truly valued my opinion and talents.

My manager at the time was studying to be a health coach. She inspired me to jump on the healthy train. As a result, I lost 30 pounds and transformed my life…more on that later 😉

After some time, I decided to take a job in New York City (what 20-something year old wouldn’t want to work in the Big Apple??) working for a popular publishing company. BUT…after commuting 3 hours per day for about 3 years, my body was screaming at me. I couldn’t sleep, was stressed out of my mind and felt like crap.

One night, while driving home from the train station, I got into a bad car accident. At the same time, my dad was dying of liver cirrhosis. It was a wakeup call for me to make changes ASAP.

So I took a job closer to home, and focused on my health. It wasn’t long before my colleagues noticed my healthy habits and started asking me for advice. I soon realized I LOVED helping others improve their health and feel good about themselves.

That’s when I decided to pursue health coaching, so enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Around the same time, the company began downsizing and I watched many of my colleagues lose their jobs. It was heart-breaking, and although I was one of the “lucky ones”, I didn’t want them to control my fate.

So, I took a risk, handed in my resignation, and decided to focus on my health coaching business.

It was terrifying, but one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

While building my coaching business, other wellpreneurs started asking for design help. I had no idea that years later, I’d have not 1, but 2 businesses doing what I love.

Enough about me! How can I help YOU?
